Wholesale 

We are very excited to be able to offer our Wholesale Program! We encourage you to read all the information on this page and if you are interested in applying, please do apply the link is at the bottom of the page. We will review every application extensively to ensure each store is in line with our company and mission. 

 

Becoming an A&O Wholesaler

You (“the retailer”) must have a physical shop, with or without an online website, OR be an online-only seller with an established following to be eligible for a wholesale account and remain a reseller of my goods. Selling on third party websites (Etsy, Ebay, Amazon) and purchasing items for personal use is strictly prohibited.

ALL buyers are reviewed and vetted to ensure fit and to confirm that your shop is a legitimate business. We obtain the right to deny applications that may not be appropriate due to fit or decline orders for any reason after approval for any reason.

Ordering Process + Timelines

As of November 2024 we will be offering shopping all year long. We do allow 2-5 days for processing. All shipping timelines are based on the size of the order and the location shipping to. Domestic shipping will take 7-10 business days. International orders will take 6-8 weeks, but can be up to 12 during peak seasons. If any order does go past these timelines we do guarantee that we will work on this with each store to ensure you are advised on any updates that could cause a delay. No replacements will be shipped until it is confirmed that the package has been lost. Please note each store can experience different timelines of delivery again based on size of order as well as location. 

Order Minimums

There will be no minimums for orders at this time, but we will evaluate as time goes on if this needs to be changed. 

 

Shipping + Customs

Domestic- All orders will be shipped with live rates. 

International- All shipping and customs will be live rates, these will be collected at the time of ordering based on each country's customs and taxes. Archer and Olive cannot pay for any additional customs at the time of delivery as some countries can add these at final delivery.

 

Marketing

We do not provide Display Cases or Racks at this time. 

We do not provide you with any marketing photos or materials. You are more than welcome to use anything that we do post to our instagram or website, with proper credit given.

All photos will be provided off of our site. Barcode numbers will be given in the product description for organization on your end. 

 

Replacements for Damaged Items

For any damaged items we will give a credit that can be used on the next order placed by each store. For damaged boxes or packaging we will give a 25% credit towards your next order. Photos will be required. 

 

Limited Edition Items

We will offer exclusive journals in our seasonal collections (Except for Winter of 2024). These journals if not sold out at the end of each year will be used on our mid and end of year large sales to customers. 

 

Copyright

Please be aware that our products are copyrighted and may not be replicated or resold under a new name. Please make sure to label our journals as clearly being Archer & Olive. Reproductions, photocopies, resales, and using artwork for personal or commercial promotion are strictly prohibited without written permission or an art license.

 

Your Customer Service Responsibilities 

We pride ourselves on our amazing Customer Delight Team and always making it right for our customers. If at any time your shop is not providing that level of service while selling our items, we will email you with a warning and grace period.  If we do not receive a timely response from your shop (48 hours) or your shop fails to increase customer service, we have the right to terminate your wholesale account.
