We are very excited to be able to offer our Wholesale Program! We encourage you to read all the information on this page and if you are interested in applying, please do apply the link is at the bottom of the page. We will review every application extensively to ensure each store is in line with our company and mission.
Eligibility & Application
To qualify as a wholesaler, you must be a verified retail business with either: A valid business license or equivalent government documentation (for international applicants)
A professional online presence (website or social media)
A clear description of your business model and resale intent
We review all applications to ensure alignment with our brand. Selling Archer & Olive products is strictly for active resale only—purchasing for personal use is not permitted. Note: Selling on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, eBay) is strictly prohibited.

Order Minimums & Account Status
There are no order minimums for wholesale orders at this time.
We reserve the right to re-evaluate this policy in the future.
Accounts must demonstrate active resale. Inactive accounts may be asked to reapply; you will be notified before any changes are made to your account.
Pricing & Discounts
Approved stockists receive an average 45% discount off MSRP.
A minimum MSRP must be honored for all publicly listed prices.
Pricing may change with notice and must be reflected promptly by the stockist.

Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full through our website at checkout.
We accept major credit cards and PayPal.
Wire transfers are not accepted.

Shipping & Fulfillment
Processing Time: Orders ship within 5–7 business days.
Domestic Orders: Shipped with live-rate carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
International Orders: All duties, taxes, and customs fees are collected at checkout based on your country’s rates. We cannot cover additional customs charges at delivery.
Shipping times vary: U.S. orders: 7–10 business days
International orders: 6–8 weeks (up to 12 weeks during peak seasons)
If there are any delays, we will contact you. No replacements are issued until a package is confirmed lost.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. For damaged items: Submit clear photos and a description of the damage.

Marketing & Brand Representation
You may use any photos from the wholesale site or official Archer and Olive site, but we will not provide any photos outside of that.
You may not copy or repost content from ambassadors, or affiliates and present them as your own, all credit must be given.
White-labeling, repackaging, or modifying products in any way is not allowed.
All products must be sold with original branding and packaging intact.
You may re-share (but not download and re-upload) content posted to our official social media accounts, with proper credit.

Copyright & Brand Integrity
All Archer & Olive products are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction, repackaging, renaming, or commercial use of our artwork is strictly prohibited.
Customer Service Expectations
We are committed to excellent customer experience. If your store is found not upholding these standards, we’ll notify you. A failure to respond within 48 hours or improve service will result in account termination.
Exclusivity
We do not offer exclusivity but reserve the right to limit the number of stockists per region to protect brand integrity and avoid oversaturation. Territory concerns will be addressed case-by-case.
Confidentiality
All wholesale pricing, unreleased product previews, and launch materials are confidential. Sharing spoilers or unreleased items in public or private groups is a breach of policy and grounds for termination.
